Individual Counseling
Individual counseling provides an opportunity to better understand yourself, navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, and respond in ways that are more consistent with the person you hope to become.
As a Marriage & Family Therapist, I approach individual counseling from a relational perspective. Our experiences, relationships, beliefs, and family dynamics often influence how we think, feel, and respond to life's challenges.

Looking Beyond Symptoms
While counseling certainly provides space to process difficult emotions and experiences, I rarely believe our work ends there. Together we'll become curious about the patterns, relationships, assumptions, and experiences that continue to shape the way you see yourself and respond to the world around you.
Therapy may involve identifying recurring patterns, strengthening relationships, challenging unhelpful assumptions, practicing new ways of responding, or developing practical tools that support growth outside the counseling room.
Some sessions may focus on understanding patterns you've carried for years. Others may center around practical decisions, current challenges, or developing new ways of responding. Wherever we begin, my goal is the same: to create a space where you feel both supported and gently challenged.
You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply looking for greater clarity and support, counseling provides an opportunity to reflect, ask honest questions, and begin taking the next step forward.
Questions are always welcome, and complimentary consultations are available for those interested in learning more about the process.
