Fees, Payments, and Access
Private-Pay Practice
Vine Therapy Group is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance directly.
Current Fees:
Individual Counseling: $100
Couples Counseling: $125
Extended Couples Counseling: $160
Child & Adolescent Counseling: $80
Family Counseling: $125
Extended Family Counseling: $160
Insurance and Superbills
Although insurance is not accepted directly, clients may request a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance provider.
Because reimbursement policies vary significantly, clients are encouraged to contact their insurance company directly regarding eligibility and benefits.
Financial Considerations
I believe access to counseling is important and recognize that financial circumstances can sometimes create barriers to care.
Financial Need Requests and payment arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis when appropriate.
