Our brains are remarkably good at solving problems, often as quickly as possible.
Sometimes that's exactly what we need.
Other times, we become so focused on finding an answer that we never stop to ask whether we're solving the right problem.
That's one of the things I appreciate most about therapy.
It gives us the opportunity to slow down, become curious, and understand what's happening before rushing toward a solution.
These explorations are simply an introduction of those conversations.
